Are you an experienced Restoration Technician ready to take the next step into leadership, or an established Project Manager looking to join one of Australia’s leading restoration businesses?
This is an exciting opportunity to join Xtreme Clean, part of the Ambrose Construct Group, and play a key role in managing restoration and remediation projects from start to finish. This role can be based in North Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast. Working across a diverse portfolio of insurance-related restoration projects, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with project leadership to deliver quality outcomes for our clients and customers.
As a Project Manager, you will act as the link between management, clients, and field teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will also lead, mentor, and support a team of Restoration Technicians while maintaining your own project portfolio.
The Role
- Manage restoration and remediation projects from assessment through to completion.
- Lead, support and develop a team of Restoration Technicians to deliver quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, trades and internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently.
- Conduct site visits, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Balance hands-on restoration expertise with project management responsibilities to achieve KPIs and client satisfaction.
Highly Desirable Characteristics & Skills
- Experience in restoration, remediation, insurance repairs, or project management.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (manual licence essential).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- IICRC and/or RIA accreditations highly regarded but not essential.
