Xtreme Clean, part of the Ambrose Construct Group, is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing North Brisbane team.

As a trusted partner to major insurers across Australia, we specialise in responding to water, fire, mould and storm-related damage, helping homes and businesses recover after unexpected events.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Water damage mitigation and structural drying
• Mould remediation
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Emergency make-safe works
• Site assessments and moisture mapping
• Operating specialised restoration equipment
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and customers
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Participating in after-hours and catastrophe response work when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restoration industry experience
• Experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration and/or mould remediation
• Strong understanding of restoration processes and equipment
• IICRC qualifications highly regarded
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current driver’s licence
• White Card
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
