EOL Desktop Assessor

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escape of Liquid Decline Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the National Make Safe Leader, you will play a key role in rapidly assessing claims, identifying potential policy exclusions, and delivering high-quality reporting to insurers to support timely claim decisions.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Identify and assess claims that may fall outside policy coverage
• Conduct virtual assessments and coordinate trades to gather evidence
• Prepare clear, accurate insurer reports and causation assessments
• Work closely with Claims, Make Safe, and Head Office teams to ensure timely outcomes
• Maintain strong communication with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Update internal and insurer systems and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Drive efficient claim outcomes while delivering exceptional customer service

About You

You’ll have:

• Experience in insurance, claims, construction, restoration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of building practices, OH&S requirements, and construction standards (preferred)
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
