Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escape of Liquid Decline Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the National Make Safe Leader, you will play a key role in rapidly assessing claims, identifying potential policy exclusions, and delivering high-quality reporting to insurers to support timely claim decisions.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Identify and assess claims that may fall outside policy coverage
- Conduct virtual assessments and coordinate trades to gather evidence
- Prepare clear, accurate insurer reports and causation assessments
- Work closely with Claims, Make Safe, and Head Office teams to ensure timely outcomes
- Maintain strong communication with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Update internal and insurer systems and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Drive efficient claim outcomes while delivering exceptional customer service
About You
You’ll have:
- Experience in insurance, claims, construction, restoration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of building practices, OH&S requirements, and construction standards (preferred)
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
