Amber Community is seeking passionate facilitators to lead impactful road safety education programs across Regional Victoria and Metro Melbourne.
We are currently looking for facilitators at:
- Colac
- Horsham
- Swan Hill
- Mildura
- Melton
We also welcome applications from people across Metro Melbourne, particularly those available to support daytime programs.

What you’ll do
- Create respectful and inclusive spaces for group discussion.
- Facilitate conversations using restorative and narrative-based approaches.
- Support participants to identify safer choices through reflection and peer discussion.
- Work alongside lived experience speakers and emergency service presenters to deliver reality-based learning experiences.
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced Group facilitators from therapeutic, community, education, youth, justice, health or related backgrounds.
- Strong communicators who can create safe and supportive environments.
- Professionals comfortable facilitating group conversations around behaviour change and road safety.
- People available for casual after-hours work, including evenings and some Saturdays.
