Altogether is seeking a high-energy, commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth across our national Energy and Water portfolio.

 

This is a pivotal growth role focused on generating qualified opportunities, building pipeline and creating meaningful customer conversations across greenfield developments, brownfield takeovers and emerging market opportunities.

 

This is not a traditional sales administration role. You’ll be on the front line of growth—prospecting, qualifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers and creating meetings that drive revenue outcomes.

 

What you’ll do

  • Generate qualified discovery meetings through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Identify and qualify opportunities across Energy and Water markets nationally
  • Research target accounts, customer needs and market opportunities
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility
  • Support proposals, tenders and customer presentations
  • Build relationships with developers, consultants and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation and conversion outcomes
  • Provide valuable market intelligence and competitor insights

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development or Lead Generation roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
  • CRM experience and strong attention to detail
  • Commercial curiosity and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ambition to grow into a future Business Development Manager or Account Manager role
