About the Role

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, and we’re looking for driven retail leaders to help lead the team and bring the GP brand to life in our Green Hills store. Whether you’re ready to take the next step into leadership or take full ownership of a store, we have management opportunities available for ambitious, results-driven retailers ready for their next challenge.

In these roles, you’ll play a key part in leading day-to-day store operations, driving performance, and delivering strong in-store experience – setting the pace on the floor, building a high-performing team, and stepping up into greater responsibility as you grow.

What You Will Be Doing

• Driving the team to achieve sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets in line with GP expectations
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-calibre team, identifying talent and creating clear pathways for progression
• Supporting or taking full ownership of rostering and wage budgets to ensure the right coverage across the store
• Leading store walkthroughs and VM execution to keep product placement commercial and on brand
• Delivering exceptional customer experience, resolving issues with empathy and care
• Taking ownership of store operations – including payroll, timecards, stock management and compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a retail supervisory or management role, with a proven track record of delivering sales results
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience across KPIs, wage budgets and store operations
• A proven ability to lead, coach and develop team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience
