Vehicle Preparation Attendant (Car Detailer)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Vehicle Preparation Attendants (Car Detailers) to join our team at our Eagle Farm branch. These roles are permanent, full-time or part-time.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, presented to a high standard and ready for rental. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work  
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment  
• Good communication and teamwork skills  
• A reliable and positive attitude  
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning or maintenance techniques  
• A valid driver licence and safe driving record  
• The physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to approximately 23 kg  
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends  
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing, cleaning, automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not essential. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Clean, wash, vacuum and detail vehicles in line with company standards 
• Prepare vehicles for customer collection 
• Inspect vehicles for damage, defects or maintenance concerns 
• Ensure vehicles are appropriately fuelled and fluids are topped up as required 
• Assist with the management and restocking of vehicle cleaning supplies 
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area 
• Support the branch team with other operational duties as required
