What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical and control cabling works, including ECMS, EMS and BMS systems.
  • Supervise and mentor site crews, setting the standard for safety, quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate trades, materials and site activities to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders to achieve program milestones.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications and scopes to plan works and minimise rework.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability and high-performance delivery on site.

 

Our ideal candidate

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience supervising electrical projects within data centres, critical infrastructure or commercial construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of control cabling systems, including ECMS, EMS and BMS.
  • ACMA licencing with endorsements in Structured Cabling and Fibre Optics highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and data cabling installation standards.
  • Safety-focused, organised and confident working in fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive leader who takes ownership, solves problems and leads from the front.
