Description

Ready to power the next wave of digital infrastructure?   We’re looking for experienced and motivated Data Centre Cabling Technicians to take on high-profile telecommunications projects supporting some of the world’s largest Data Centre & hyperscale clients. 

 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Supporting the structured cabling needs for projects pushing the AI revolution (Cat6A, fibre optics, MPO/MTP, etc.) 
  • Installation of equipment that that powers the “Cloud”. 
  • Work hands-on in clean, high-density rack and cabinet environments. 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to deliver quality outcomes under tight timeframes. 
  • Interpret and execute work from project scopes, specs, and drawings. 
  • Lead by example on site, fostering a positive, safety-first team culture. 
  • Engage directly with clients, managing site-based communications and requirements. 
  • Maintain top-tier workmanship while upholding all HSEQ standards. 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Current ACMA Licence with endorsements in Structured, Coaxial, and Fibre Optics. 
  • A valid Electrical Licence in NSW is also highly regarded.  
  • A strong understanding of data cabling standards and industry practices. 
  • Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail. 
  • Proven leadership ability with strong communication skills. 
  • The ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and deliver to tight timeframes. 
  • Confident, self-motivated, and capable of driving team performance.
