What you’ll do

  • Install and test structured cabling including Cat6A, fibre optics and MPO/MTP systems
  • Work hands-on in high-density racks, cabinets, containment and pathway environments
  • Interpret drawings, scopes, specifications and site instructions
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Supervisors, Leading Hands and Operations teams
  • Maintain strong HSEQ standards, client communication and professional site conduct
  • Support commissioning, testing, labelling and closeout documentation

Our ideal candidate

  • Current ACMA licence with Structured, Coaxial and Fibre Optics endorsements
  • VIC Electrical licence is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of data cabling standards and industry practices
  • Data centre, construction or critical environment experience is highly valued
  • Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Confident communicator who can work under pressure and support team performance
