About the Opportunity

We are looking for technical, skilled and safety-focused Electricians to join our team at the Mokoan Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project, an 80-megawatt-hour project in Winton, Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a utility-scale BESS project and contribute to the delivery of critical renewable energy infrastructure.

You will be working across a range of electrical construction activities, including inground services QA and control building cable rough-ins, supporting the delivery of the project from construction through to completion.

This is a site-based FIFO/DIDO role on a 3:1 roster, with 10.5-hour days, 6 days per week.

What We Offer

Rate: $70.58 per hour flat rate

Roster: 3:1 — 10.5-hour days, 6 days per week

Accommodation: Motel accommodation provided in Wangaratta or Benalla

Meals: LAFHA allowance provided while on the project

Travel: FIFO/DIDO options available, with flights provided or travel time + KM allowance paid

Travel time: Paid at $42.39 p/h

Additional baggage: 1 x extra baggage allowance provided

Tools/PPE: Basic hand tools required. Long sleeved high-vis shirts, trousers and work boots required, additional PPE will be provided onsite.

About You

• Trade Qualified Electrician with a Victorian Electrical Licence or AMR
• Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
• Current LVR/CPR Certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, quality workmanship and accurate record keeping
• A strong commitment to site safety and safe work practices
• Experience working on solar, wind, geothermal or BESS projects is highly desirable
• A willingness to work as part of a site-based construction team
