Exciting FIFO / DIDO opportunities for electricians to join our team at a major NSW Solar Farm.

The Company:

All Energy Contracting (AEC) is a leading construction contractor specialising in the energy and renewable sector, including solar, wind, storage, and hybrid facilities. As we expand our portfolio of renewable projects, we are growing our team of experienced trade professionals, offering a steady pipeline of works across Australia and New Zealand.

The Role:

As an Electrician at All Energy Contracting, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment on renewable energy projects. This project offers the chance to join a team of leading trade professionals on the aboveground works one of the largest solar farms in Australia.

Starting Rate: $70.58 per hour (flat)

Roster: 21/7 – second Sunday RDO – 10.5 hour days

Travel: FIFO / DIDO – flights / KM allowance paid + travel time

Location: Merriwa, NSW

Accommodation + Meals provided. Projected works until March 2027.

Works: The main works for the aboveground electricians will include but not limited to, installing MC4/similar plug connectors, plugging panel interconnections, terminating bootlace ferrules at SCBs, installing earth jumpers, terminating DC 400 lugs etc.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualified Electrician
  • 3 years post-qualified experience
  • Current LVR/CPR Certificate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, workmanship, and record keeping.
  • Ability to travel and work on projects around Australia
  • Experience on Solar, Wind, or Geo/BESS projects is beneficial.
