Passive Fire Auditor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Passive Fire Auditor to conduct inspections and assessments of passive fire protection systems to ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect passive fire installations including fire doors, fire stopping, and penetration seals

• Identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare audit reports and compliance documentation

• Work with contractors and project teams to resolve fire safety issues

• Support certification and regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements

• Experience in passive fire inspection or installation

• Strong knowledge of fire safety and building compliance standards

• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents

• Good reporting and communication skills

• Ability to conduct on-site inspections independently
