About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

• Personal Care
• Bowel Care
• Catheter Care
• Hoisting
• Meal preparation
• Inactive Overnights

Ideal Candidate

• Female support staff preferred
• Must have experience with Complex Care
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
• A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
• NSW Driver License and access to reliable vehicle
