Description
All About Caring is seeking an experienced and organised Client Rostering Specialist to coordinate Support Worker rosters and help ensure clients receive reliable, consistent support.
Reporting to the Rostering Manager, you will manage forward and in-day rostering, respond to service changes, monitor workforce capacity and maintain accurate information in Visual Care. You will work closely with clients, carers, Support Workers and internal teams to ensure services are appropriately staffed and changes are communicated promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate forward and in-day rostering
- Match suitably skilled Support Workers to client services
- Respond to roster changes, leave, absences and urgent coverage requirements
- Monitor workforce capacity, overtime and Unable to Cover services
- Maintain accurate client and Support Worker information in Visual Care
- Coordinate buddy shifts, onboarding and training requirements
- Communicate service changes to clients, carers and Support Workers
- Document cancellations, variations, feedback and adverse events
- Participate in a rotational after-hours coordination roster
About you
You will bring:
- At least five years’ experience in rostering, administration or a team leader role
- Experience in disability support or aged care
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
- The ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- A collaborative, practical and solutions-focused approach
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience using Visual Care or a similar rostering system will be highly regarded.
