About the Role
This is more than a traditional administration position. As our Client Services Support, you’ll become the operational hub connecting our clients, accountants and support teams.
You’ll oversee the administration and coordination that keeps engagements progressing, ensuring documentation is complete, clients remain informed and our internal processes run efficiently.
You’ll play a critical role in delivering the exceptional client service Alexander Spencer is known for.
Your Day Will Include…
- Coordinating new client onboarding from start to finish
- Preparing engagement letters and client documentation
- Managing electronic document workflows and obtaining signed documentation
- Liaising with clients regarding information requests and outstanding documents
- Supporting Managers and Accountants throughout client engagements
- Managing ATO and ASIC administration
- Preparing invoices and supporting billing processes
- Creating and maintaining client records across our practice management systems
- Preparing corporate secretarial documentation
- Monitoring workflow, timesheets and reporting
- Supporting the preparation of client correspondence, reports and presentations
- Ensuring every engagement progresses smoothly and on time

About You
You’ll be someone who naturally stays one step ahead.
You’re highly organised, love a good checklist and rarely let things slip through the cracks. You enjoy supporting others, communicate professionally and genuinely care about providing outstanding service.
You’ll ideally have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in client services, administration or professional services
- Experience within an accounting or financial services practice (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- ASIC administration
