Working Supervisor

Aldig is a leading provider of piling, basement and concrete construction services in Melbourne . We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to help deliver our upcoming work load. This is an opportunity to take charge and grow with a dynamic company delivering some of Melbourne‘s finest residential concrete structures.

You will be responsible for:

Working on-site and overseeing rest of site team (2-6employees)

Coordinating subcontractors and materials

Reviewing & interpreting construction plans

OH&S compliance, daily start up meetings and on-site inductions

Training & skill development of junior labourers

Daily reporting re job progress and any issues that arise

Candidates should have;

Carpentry knowledge and excellent technical skills

Good understanding of formwork, groundworks, concrete and structures

Client-focused mindset & skills to maintain positive relationships

Good time management & admin skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to hit the ground running
