Alchemy Saunas is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, highly skilled Carpenters to join us as we continue to expand our network of premium sauna and wellness venues across Perth.

With continued growth underway, there is a strong and diverse pipeline of work spanning new builds, commercial fit-outs, bespoke custom projects, refurbishments, structural and architectural carpentry, detailed finishing and one-off construction projects. From larger-scale builds through to highly detailed custom work, the role offers genuine variety across projects, environments and stages of construction. 

We’re looking for professional tradespeople who take genuine pride in their work, have an exceptional eye for detail and can be trusted to deliver high-quality workmanship.

The Opportunity

Depending on your experience and preferred working arrangement, we’re open to discussing:

• Permanent salaried employment, with a company vehicle provided
• ABN/subcontractor arrangements for those with their own vehicle and equipment
• Other flexible arrangements that suit both the individual and the business

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A qualified and experienced Carpenter with their own tools and equipment
• Highly skilled with strong attention to detail
• Professional, reliable and accountable
• Able to work independently and problem-solve on site
• Committed to delivering a consistently high standard of workmanship
• Organised and able to manage their time effectively
• A strong communicator who works well with clients, contractors and other trades
• Safety conscious and respectful on site

You’ll hold the relevant trade qualifications and licences required to undertake carpentry work in WA.
