Alchemy Saunas Part Time Content Creator

At Alchemy Saunas, we’re all about connection, community and creating spaces where people feel good.

We’re looking for a creative, confident and hands-on Content Creator to bring the Alchemy experience to life through photography, video and engaging social content.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, has a great eye for content and knows how to capture the energy of a brand and its community.

About the Role

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content across our venues, social platforms and marketing channels.

From capturing everyday moments to new venue launches and community events, you’ll help showcase what makes Alchemy special.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, shoot and edit engaging photo and video content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling short-form videos, including Reels and social-first content.
• Coordinate content shoots, including locations, talent and shot lists.
• Capture authentic moments featuring our venues, members, staff and community.
• Produce content for new venue launches, events and brand activations.
• Edit photography and video, including colour correction, audio and creative storytelling.
• Write captions, schedule organic social content and support community engagement.
• Stay across social media trends and identify creative opportunities that suit the Alchemy brand.
• Maintain an organised content library.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive and comfortable getting amongst the action.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience producing photography and video content for brands, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
• Strong short-form video editing and social storytelling skills.
• Confidence shooting on both iPhone and DSLR.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar editing software.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and engaging content.
• Confidence directing people on camera and capturing natural, candid moments.
• Great organisational skills and the ability to manage shoots from concept to delivery.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between our Perth venues.
