The Opportunity

We are expanding our Spa team and are seeking passionate and experienced Spa Therapists to deliver exceptional guest experiences through:

• Facial, massage and body treatments
• Alba’s bespoke spa rituals and signature experiences
• Premium skincare brands Sodashi and Vanessa Megan

You’ll receive comprehensive training in our treatment rituals, with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills and career.

Full-time, part-time and casual positions available.

Our Spa operates 7 days a week, 10am–7pm, with flexibility across a rotational roster. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays is highly desirable.

About You

You’ll be a qualified therapist who takes pride in your craft and genuinely enjoys helping guests feel relaxed, cared for and restored.

We’re looking for:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage
• Recent experience as a Spa, Beauty or Massage Therapist
• Confidence delivering facials, massage and body treatments
• A genuine passion for wellness, beauty and spa
• Luxury or 5-star spa experience is highly regarded
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail
• A warm, professional and team-focused approach
• Australian working rights or a valid visa permitting employment in Australia
