Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Team managing inventory, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Team in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory counts
• Ensure that all products are properly labeled, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner
• Calibration of equipment prior to shipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Suit a school leaver
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of warehouse management software desirable
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 15kg and stand for extended periods of time
