About Agile Insights
Agile Insights is a specialist Microsoft Data and AI consultancy with more than 70 consultants across NSW, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland, headquartered in North Sydney. We consult, design and deliver data, analytics and AI solutions for mid-to-large organisations and government
agencies across Australia, on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI and the broader Microsoft stack.
Our mission is to elevate people and organisations to achieve their full potential through AI, and our vision is to be the number one Microsoft Data and AI partner in Australia. Part of that vision is being a talent factory, a place where people do the best work of their careers. We have ranked
in the CRN Fast50 three years running, placed third in the Performance Accelerators category at the 2025 Fast50 Awards, and we are Great Place to Work certified.
Culture is our differentiator, and it starts with the first of our values: People First. This is a genuinely collaborative business. Sellers, architects, consultants and delivery leads work side by side rather than in silos, wins are celebrated as a team, and everyone is accessible, including the
exec. There is little to no politics here, just a get stuff done mentality, people who share what they know, and a team that is always looking at how we get better. We also give back, committing 5% of annual profits to charitable causes and sponsoring the technical communities we grew up in.
The role
We are growing, and we want to grow well. This part-time role owns two things that matter enormously to us: finding great people, and keeping this a great place to work while we scale.
The centre of gravity is talent acquisition. We hire experienced Data and AI consultants and salespeople in a competitive market, and the best ones are rarely on the job boards. You will hunt them directly: mapping the market, sourcing through LinkedIn and your networks, running a warm and professional candidate experience, and reducing our reliance on agencies.
Around that core sits the full people lifecycle for a business our size: onboarding that makes someone productive and connected in their first week, offboarding done with class, performance cycles that actually help people grow, and the team events and rituals that keep 70+ people across four states feeling like one team. You will work directly with the CEO and our practice and sales
leaders, who own their hiring decisions. Your job is to fill the top of their funnel with people worth meeting and make everything around the people experience run beautifully.
What you will own:
- Direct sourcing and headhunting for consulting, sales and delivery roles, with a focus on the
Microsoft Data and AI talent market The end-to-end candidate experience: screening, coordination, offers and keeping every candidate warm, even the ones we do not hire
- Our employer brand, including the careers page, job ads and how we show up on LinkedIn as a place to work
- Onboarding and offboarding that reflect our People First value
- The rhythm of team events: monthly Sydney team events, quarterly state-based meet-ups, the annual all-of-company gathering, and the smaller moments in between
- Supporting managers through performance cycles, development plans and the occasional hard conversation
- Keeping our Great Place to Work certification earned, not just renewed
- People processes and records that are simple, compliant and low-friction
