Description
POSITION: Adelaide Fringe Ticketing Programs Coordinator
LOCATION: Adelaide Fringe Head Office
REPORTS TO: Ticketing Manager
EMPLOYMENT:Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours), 3 November 2026 to 21 March 2027
POSITION SUMMARY
The Ticketing Programs Coordinator is one of two Ticketing Programs Coordinators, working collaboratively with the Ticketing Manager, Assistant Ticketing Manager, Senior Artist Ticketing Coordinator and Artist Ticketing Coordinators. The wider ticketing programs team also includes the Schools Program Lead and Schools Program Coordinator.
The main objectives of the role are to support the successful delivery of Adelaide Fringe ticketing programs, including but not limited to Community Fund, Access, Awards, Media Accreditation, the Schools Program and other special ticketing partnerships. Each Coordinator leads a selection of programs and assists across the others, so no program entirely depends on one person.
The role coordinates day-to-day operations and ticketing support across these programs, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include ticket, event and venue builds, ticket allocation management, reporting, analysis, ticketing and budget tracking, and troubleshooting within Red61 and AVR. The role also develops stakeholder relationships and outreach, with a focus on growing attendance among key groups such as reviewers and community organisations.
The Ticketing Programs Coordinators and the Artist Ticketing Coordinators support each other as workloads shift through the season. The Ticketing Programs Coordinators lean program facing and the Artist Ticketing Coordinators lean artist facing, and both are expected to assist with the other side of the work when it gets busy.
During the delivery period of Adelaide Fringe, from 19 February to 21 March 2027, the role participates in a 7-day rotating roster including evenings and weekends, in collaboration with other Coordinators and the Customer Experience team.
