POSITION: Graphic Designer, Print & Signage Production Coordinator

LOCATION: Adelaide Fringe Head Office

REPORTS TO Head of Marketing

EMPLOYMENT: Contract 4 days per week, 3 November – 30 January     

SALARY: $70,500 per annum (Pro rata)

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Graphic and Multimedia Designer, this role delivers impactful creative assets that bring the Adelaide Fringe brand and campaigns to life across print, digital, and outdoor platforms. The role combines strong graphic design capability with project coordination skills, supporting the end-to-end delivery of campaign collateral, publications and digital content while helping manage studio workflows and timelines. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the role ensures all creative outputs are visually engaging, on brand, delivered on time and aligned with Adelaide Fringe’s audience and campaign objectives.

ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Education & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation and supplier management for large-scale publications and campaign assets.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design roles, with strong experience delivering campaign creative across print, digital and social platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, with experience creating motion graphics highly desirable.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects and coordinating workflows within a fast-paced studio, agency or marketing environment.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana or similar platforms
• Experience working within brand guidelines and delivering consistent visual communication across multiple touchpoints.
• Experience in photography, photo editing, video editing or EDM design platforms such as Salesforce will be highly regarded.
