Level 2 IT Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join the team at Acrotec.

You’ll work with a variety of clients across such industries as healthcare, professional services and distribution, helping solve technical issues, deliver projects and provide exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and cloud environments
• Managing tickets through to resolution
• Assisting with project work and client onboarding
• Building strong relationships with clients

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support, MSP experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
• Exposure to Azure, Intune and networking technologies is desirable
• A positive attitude and a genuine focus on customer service
