Group Manager of Service Operations

Reporting to the Executive team, the Group Manager for Service Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of accommodation and community-based services supporting participants living with Young Onset Dementia.

The successful candidate will directly manage three Accommodation & Community Managers responsible for:

Supported Independent Living (SIL) Homes

Clustered SIL accommodation services within a village environment

Community-based clients who continue to live independently in their own homes
