We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational support to our Executive Team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the organisation, ensuring seamless executive administration, strong governance practices, and efficient business operations.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will coordinate executive meetings, prepare high-quality reports and board papers, manage key governance processes, and oversee a range of office and property management functions across both accommodation and corporate environments. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage competing priorities will be essential to your success.
