- Proactively engaging partners and customers to ensure strong adoption, satisfaction, and full realisation of value from our UCaaS platform
- Staying aware of and complying with ISO certifications and standards, and actively participating in related training, audits and improvement effort
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Unified Communications, Voice, or Collaboration technologies, with a strong background in partner or account management within a SaaS, telco, or UC environment
- Webex or Microsoft Teams Calling experience highly regarded
- Technical understanding of UC/Voice solutions, including complex call flows
- Commercial curiosity, an understanding of how partners make money and how to help them grow
- A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly, and is commercially savvy and results driven
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Adaptable, open-minded, and energised by change
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
