We’re Access Mining, and we’re growing our Shift Supervisor
team across our Andy Well and Turnberry underground gold projects in Western
Australia. Small crews mean your leadership, your judgement, and your standard
directly shapes how the operation runs.
The Role:
As Underground Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a small crew on
shift, drive our safety standards, and keep production moving across
development and production activities.
- Supervising
and coordinating a shift crew across development and production activities
- Driving
compliance with safety systems, standards and procedures on shift
- Conducting
toolbox talks, pre-starts and shift handovers
- Coordinating
with the Project Manager and Superintendents on development/production and
maintenance priorities
- Mentoring
and developing crew members to build capability on site
What You Bring:
- Proven
underground supervisory experience
- Genuine
zero-harm commitment
- Proven
ability to lead, develop and get the best out of a small, high-output crew
Certificates & Tickets:
- Must
hold a current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate OR an NSW
Practicing Certificate – Underground Mine Supervisor (non-coal)
