The Opportunity:

Access Mining is seeking experienced Underground HD Fitters to join our maintenance team in Western Australia. Supporting two mines out of the established Andy Well Mine Workshop. We are looking for tradespeople who know their equipment, take ownership of their work, and back their team with a safety-focused mindset across our operations.

Each team member makes a direct difference to availability, safety, and production. If that’s the environment you perform in, we’d like to hear from you.

What You Bring:

• Trade qualification in heavy vehicle/plant mechanics
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Proven experience in an underground mining environment is preferred
• Zero-harm mindset – not just as a policy, but as a personal standard

What We Offer:

• 14/14 Roster
• $75 to $100 per hour plus super
• Fulltime Employment / Fortnightly Pay
• Paid commercial flight to Perth and return to your point of hire
• Short charter flight from Perth to site and return
