We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Warehouse & Trade Sales team member in Darwin.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in warehousing with a desire to grow into a trade sales role or
• Some customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential) with an interest in hands-on work and learning about our products
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and customers to deliver exceptional service

About the Role: 

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone eager to learn and grow. You will:

• Assist in managing warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
• Support trade sales by helping customers with product selection, providing quotes & processing orders
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure timely deliveries
• Multitask in a fast-paced trade business
• Experience in trade or architectural hardware is a plus, but not required – Onsite Training will be provided
