Join Absolute Immigration and be part of an exciting, high-volume project with one of our major corporate clients.
Absolute Immigration is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Casual Administrator to join our Melbourne team for a short-term project commencing in September 2026 through to early January 2027.
Working as part of a dedicated project team, you will provide administrative support for a large-scale client project, helping ensure documentation, data and reporting are processed accurately and within required timeframes.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, switched on and exceptionally organised. You’ll be comfortable working with detailed information and understand the importance of maintaining accuracy, even when working at pace.
You will ideally have:
- Previous administration, data entry or office experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage high-volume and repetitive tasks without compromising quality
- A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
- Availability throughout the project period
About The Role
As a Casual Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence
- Reviewing information and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- High-volume data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Updating internal systems, trackers and spreadsheets
- Assisting with project reporting
- Managing a high volume of administrative tasks within required timeframes
- Following established processes and procedures
- Identifying missing or inconsistent information and escalating where required
- Communicating professionally with internal team members and stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the project team as required
The Opportunity
This is a casual, short-term position, with commencing 21 September 2026 and project work expected to continue until approximately early January 2027.
This role is fully office-based at our St Kilda office and is not suitable for remote or hybrid working. Although this is a casual position, we are ideally looking for someone who can commit to four or five days per week, working between 9:00am and 5:30pm, throughout the project period.
You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team and contribute to the successful delivery of a significant client project during one of its busiest periods.
