We’re looking for a full-time After Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at our Carrara HQ on the Gold Coast.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing support, and finding solutions to help deliver a positive customer experience. If you’re passionate about customer service and looking to join a supportive, collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Manage a daily customer caseload, responding to enquiries across phone, email and live chat. 
  • Liaise with courier partners on delivery enquiries and confirm details ahead of large deliveries. 
  • Ensure order accuracy by investigating and resolving any discrepancies. 
  • Accurately record customer information to support robust and reliable data capture. 
  • Collaborate proactively across teams and departments to resolve customer issues. 
  • Maintain a consistent, high standard of ABI customer experience across every touchpoint. 
  • Process refunds and troubleshoot returns efficiently and accurately. 

About You: 

  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. 
  • Confident, friendly and patient communication style, particularly over the phone. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach. 
  • Competent computer skills, including Apple systems and the ability to work confidently across multiple programs. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA or WooCommerce is highly regarded. 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Enthusiastic about learning, development and continuous improvement.
