We’re looking for enthusiastic Christmas Casual Sales Representatives to support our team during the busy holiday period.

About the Role

You’ll help customers find the right gear for their next adventure while keeping our store organised and ready for a busy day of trading.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Demonstrating products and explaining their features and benefits.
• Working towards sales targets as part of the team.
• Processing purchases accurately at the register.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays.
• Helping keep the store clean, organised and safe.

About You

You’re approachable, enjoy talking to people and bring energy to a busy retail environment.

We’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• An interest in camping, 4WD or outdoor products.
• A willingness to learn our range and confidently recommend products.
• Reliability, teamwork and a proactive approach.
• Availability throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period, including at least one weekend day.
• Retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable.
