Clintons Toyota is on the lookout for a career-driven and experienced Service Advisor that is looking to join an award-winning team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service from booking through to vehicle collection.
- Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and daily appointments.
- Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed on time and customer expectations are met.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended work and associated costs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including any changes to timing or costs.
- Coordinate future bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver vehicles back to customers, clearly explaining the work completed and any associated charges.
- Complete all administrative tasks in line with dealership procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday mornings: 7:30am to 12pm. Paid at overtime rates on a rotating roster
The right candidate will have:
- Current or previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- A valid NSW drivers licence
- Outstanding communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.
