About the Role

We’re currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Storeperson to join our Parts Department at Lidcombe.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, supporting the Parts team, and helping drive efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and locate incoming stock
• Pick and pack parts orders for internal workshops and external deliveries
• Ensure accurate dispatch and documentation
• Safely operate a forklift to move stock
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control procedures
• Provide day-to-day support and training to warehouse team members in the absence of the Parts Manager

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• Current Forklift Licence – mandatory
• Previous experience in an automotive or warehouse role (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a close-knit tea
• A proactive, can-do attitude
