 Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds and landscape maintenance.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-on equipment and specialised grounds machinery.
• Oversee mowing, edging, pruning, planting and general horticultural works.
• Maintain premium turf, gardens and landscaped outdoor spaces.
• Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues and complete minor repairs.
• Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and accurate site reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
• Monitor site presentation, quality standards and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate daily workloads, equipment and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify site improvements and proactively resolve maintenance and operational issues.

What will you need?

• A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
