What you’ll do:

• Leading your store and team across all aspects of store operations
• Driving sales performance and achieving store targets and KPIs
• Delivering a high-level shopping experience for every customer
• Maintaining strong knowledge of product fit, features and benefits across our collections
• Educating customers and recommending products suited to their individual needs
• Managing inventory, stock levels and product sell-through
• Executing visual merchandising standards to showcase the 2XU product range
• Effectively managing team rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
• Proactively engaging with the local community to build strong and ongoing partnerships
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team to achieve their potential

What you’ll bring:

• Previous retail store management or Senior 2IC experience
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Strong roster and team management skills
• A flair for apparel, merchandising and delivering exceptional customer service
• Pride in how your team, store and brand are presented
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to build, maintain and develop strong working relationships
• A genuine interest in the fitness, health and wellness industry and an active lifestyle
• A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for the 2XU brand
• A hands-on approach with the drive to get things done and deliver results
