Casual Retail Sales Associate – Indooroopilly

We’re looking for energetic and passionate Casual Sales Associates to join the team at our brand-new Indooroopilly Store and help bring the 2XU athlete mindset to life!

As we continue to grow, we’re excited to be opening our newest store in Indooroopilly, Queensland. This is your opportunity to be part of the launch team, helping create an incredible customer experience from day one and shaping the culture of a brand-new store.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver next-level customer service that’s authentic, friendly and inspiring.
• Create an exceptional in-store experience by maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked store.
• Drive sales through genuine customer connections and expert product knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately and confidently at the register.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with your Store Manager and teammates to bring our new store to life.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (experience in fashion, sport or lifestyle is highly regarded).
• A passion for sport, fitness and living an active lifestyle – you don’t need to be an elite athlete, but you’ll genuinely enjoy helping others perform at their best.
• A natural people person who enjoys connecting with customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
• A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational skills, reliability and a proactive approach.
