About the Role

We’re Ready Industries, home to 1300TempFence, 1300SiteCam, 1300Hoarding and Australia’s leading site service brands.

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Yard Operator to support both our 1300TempFence and 1300Hoarding operations.

This is a practical, physical role working across the warehouse and yard to ensure equipment and materials are organised, maintained and ready for upcoming jobs.

You’ll work closely with our Operations, Warehouse and Hoarding teams, helping prepare orders, manage stock movements and keep the yard running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare temporary fencing and hoarding equipment for jobs.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock and materials.
• Assist with stock movements, counts and inventory control.
• Prepare hoarding panels, fencing and associated equipment for projects.
• Inspect returned equipment and identify damaged or missing items.
• Clean, organise and maintain equipment ready for the next job.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance where required.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised and safe.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure equipment is ready for scheduled jobs.
• Follow safe manual handling and equipment operating procedures.
• Assist across both 1300TempFence and 1300Hoarding operations as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and isn’t afraid of physical work.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous warehouse, yard, construction or labouring experience.
• A current forklift licence
• Experience picking, packing, loading or preparing equipment.
• Confidence working in a physical and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to work.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• A willingness to work across different areas of the yard and warehouse.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable attitude and willingness to get stuck in and help where needed.

Experience within temporary fencing, hoarding, construction, hire or building supplies will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
