As our SiteCam division continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and technically minded SiteCam Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to both customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
The SiteCam Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our SiteCam business. You will provide technical and customer support, assist our sales team with administration and quotations, manage stock and equipment, and ensure SiteCam devices are configured, assembled and operating efficiently.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, technical support and hands-on hardware work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and working across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer and internal SiteCam enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers and branches regarding SiteCam products and services.
- Prepare quotations, tender documentation and sales administration for the SiteCam sales team.
- Process hire and purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor and manage SiteCam stock levels and coordinate stock movements between branches.
- Assist with the assembly, testing, repair and maintenance of SiteCam devices.
- Configure and prepare new devices for deployment to customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with procedures relating to storage, charging and handling of SiteCam equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a technical support, customer service or service administration role.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working with hardware and technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
- Experience with inventory management or stock control processes is desirable.
- Experience assembling or repairing electronic equipment will be highly regarded.
