Description

1300TempFence (Ready Industries Pty Ltd) is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing Victorian Operations Team. If you thrive on leading teams, delivering high-quality projects, and maintaining strong safety standards — this role is for you.

About the Role

You will work closely with Project Managers to supervise and coordinate onsite installations and event projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate onsite project works and events
  • Ensure all installations meet compliance and quality standards
  • Manage OH&S requirements and conduct toolbox talks
  • Liaise with internal teams and site stakeholders
  • Resolve onsite issues including stock discrepancies and installation challenges
  • Complete site counts and assist with stock reconciliation
  • Support logistics and warehouse coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid understanding of 1300TempFence’s systems and processes.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring clear expectations and smooth site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S practices.
  • Competency in reporting, recording, and documenting stock on sites.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and execute a working week to maximise efficiency and output.
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong team mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to team outcomes.
  • Comfortable leading and able to make informed decisions quickly, while enjoying challenges and working well under pressure.
  • Ability to work some weekend and out-of-hours jobs as required, shared throughout the operations team as part of a rotation.
