Are you a people-first hospitality professional who loves creating unforgettable first impressions? We’re looking for a Concierge Team Leader to help deliver elevated, personalised guest experiences at 1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Chief Concierge, lead by example on the floor, and inspire a passionate concierge team to deliver seamless, luxury service from arrival to departure.

✨ About the Role

As Concierge Team Leader, you’ll be a key presence on the driveway and in the lobby, welcoming guests, supporting daily operations, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll:

  • Lead guest arrivals and departures with warmth and confidence
  • Support valet parking, luggage handling, and personalised guest requests
  • Share insider knowledge of Melbourne’s best dining, events, and experiences
  • Coach, guide, and support concierge team members day to day
  • Uphold service standards, safety, and operational excellence

👤 What We’re Looking For

You’re a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys developing others.

You’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, people-focused leadership style
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
  • Full unrestricted Victorian driver’s licence
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
