Role Description

The Information Technology Support Analyst role is a full-time on-site position based in Greater Delhi Area. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems and equipment. The role involves working closely with team members to provide high-quality IT services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including operating systems and applications.

Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.

Monitor and maintain system security, ensuring data protection and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with other IT team members to implement IT projects and upgrades effectively.

Document technical procedures and solutions for reference purposes.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends, recommending improvements to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 1/2 IT support role.

Solid experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

Proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows Server administration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
