You’d be joining an innovative, energetic, easy going, and friendly team at our Warrington HQ.

Your challenge would be to grow our existing franchise network.

You will already be an achiever in high end sales and know what it takes to achieve goals. You’ll be a people person with great communication skills and be comfortable building relationships with a diverse range of people and backgrounds.

This is not a role for a plodder, the scope for career development and to create something spectacular is huge but it is going to take passion, energy and a whole lot of drive. The limits to what you can achieve through this fantastic opportunity can only be defined by you.

As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in expanding our network and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will include;

Engaging with prospective clients to assess their suitability for our franchise
Researching and identifying new leads across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
Bringing enthusiasm and teamwork to help drive collective success
Maintaining and updating client records and databases
Managing your diary, appointments, and agenda efficiently
Nurturing leads, prioritising prospects, and closing deals
Promoting the Sourced brand through social media and networking events
Proactively improving your funding, lettings and investment knowledge to best advise prospective franchisees

What we're looking for;

Minimum of 3 years experience in sales
Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to deliver engaging presentations
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Adaptable and able to take initiative in a fast-moving environment
A quick learner, eager to absorb new knowledge and apply it effectively
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
Confident and capable of building strong relationships with potential clients from diverse background
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively over the phone
Proven record of high-end sales
Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in fundamental IT skills and social media platforms for business growth
Experience in property-related sales & lettings is a plus, but not essential
