About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Sales & Reception Assistant.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our shopfront, managing day-to-day customer interactions, online orders, and reception duties. You’ll ensure our store presents professionally, provide excellent customer service, and assist with a range of administrative tasks to support our growing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process tasks related to online sales platforms including invoicing and customer returns
Organise and maintain the shopfront, ensuring shelves are stocked, pricing is current, and presentation is professional
Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer and transfer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Assist with general customer and internal enquiries
Complete basic administration and data entry as required
Monitor and restock office supplies and toiletries
Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and company profitability
Provide training and support to new starters when required

About You

You’ll bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. You take pride in presentation and customer service and are comfortable working with both in-person customers and online systems.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, well-organized, and team-oriented.
