Behind our service is a dedicated team of more than 25 qualified Case Managers and Counsellors. Together, they deliver a broad range of programs for those impacted by domestic, family, and sexual violence.

Our reach extends beyond Mackay, with regional services delivered to the Whitsundays and Isaac regions.

In addition, we have a dedicated high-risk team that works collaboratively across agencies to respond to complex cases of domestic and family violence.

Our work is further strengthened by an embedded Specialist Queensland Police Officer, who provide expertise and coordinated responses to the high-risk cases in our region.
