Scope of Work

• 3D Design and Conceptualization: Conduct research, analyze client needs, and conceptualize innovative 3D designs tailored to various project specifications.

• Set and Spatial Design: Create and implement set and spatial designs for events and exhibitions in the luxury, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors.

• Project Brief Interpretation: Accurately interpret project briefs, understand visual communication objectives, and translate ideas into photorealistic 3D renderings with effective lighting (and animations, if required).

• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed layout plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software, ensuring precision and feasibility.

• Budget-Conscious Design: Develop concepts and designs that align with project budgets while maintaining creativity and quality.

• Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys, analyze spaces, and take accurate measurements to support detailed and accurate drawings.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with production vendors for both construction and print, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with account servicing and production teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and align from conceptualization through to production.

Criteria

• Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibitions and interior design or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years experiences in lifestyle, luxury and fashion events or experiential exhibition design.

• Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from layout plans and sketches, knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering technique.

• Creative, imaginative and enjoys being challenged to produce high quality scenography and design concepts for events and branded exhibitions.

• Well-versed with 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or SketchUp.

• Good communication skills and a team player.

• Strong design background with a clear and proven understanding of spatial design, illustration design and layout.

• Good AutoCAD skills for technical drawings

• Interest in luxury, fashion or FMCGs industries preferred.

• Ability to time manage and work on multiple projects at the same time &

• Possess a resilience attitude and in good health.
