Role Summary:

As a Chef at Two More Beers, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen operations, crafting high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth service. You'll collaborate with our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a diverse and innovative menu that reflects our commitment to outstanding food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards, ensuring every plate meets our quality expectations.

• Contribute to menu development with fresh, creative ideas that enhance our offerings.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and safe, always adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Help manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste through effective inventory management.

• Work closely with the team to maintain efficient kitchen operations, especially during busy periods.

• Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and passion.

• Ensure all food is handled and stored safely, in line with food hygiene practices.

• Respond to guest feedback, making adjustments to dishes as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a pub, restaurant, or similar fast-paced setting.

• A genuine passion for food and creativity in the kitchen, with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus, but not essential.
