Summary:

Due to continued growth, Octane Draincare is seeking an experienced Lining & Patch Lining Team Leader to lead specialist no-dig rehabilitation projects throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing a small team while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The Lining & Patch Lining Team Leader will oversee the operations of the lining and patch lining team within the utilities sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective delivery of services, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our utility services, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead lining and patch lining operations.
  • Install CIPP liners and patch repairs.
  • Operate specialist lining equipment.
  • Carry out robotic cutting where required.
  • Manage daily site activities.
  • Brief team members on RAMS and safe systems of work.
  • Complete quality inspections.
  • Liaise directly with clients on site.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers.
  • Complete electronic job reports, photographs and site documentation using company systems.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment to a high standard.
  • Represent Octane Draincare professionally at all times.
  • Participate in the emergency call-out rota.
  • Ensure excellent housekeeping on every site.
  • Develop skills through ongoing training.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in drain lining and patch lining.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence
  • HPWJ Qualification.
  • SLG
  • Confined Space (High Risk).
  • CSCS.
  • First Aid.
  • CCTV Survey experience.
